Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This permanently deletes all your posts, passport stamps, messages, and profile data. This action cannot be undone.

The account may be private (only followers can see their content), the account may have been deleted, or you may have been blocked by that user. If you believe this is an error, contact us.

When you post a photo or Trailshot with a location tagged, Voyeza automatically adds a stamp for that country to your passport. Multiple visits to the same country are grouped into trips (visits within 90 days count as one trip). You can filter your passport by year to see your travel history.

Trailshots are 24-hour photos or videos — like stories — that disappear after a day unless you save them to your passport. They appear in the trail strip at the top of the feed. They're designed for sharing real, in-the-moment travel content.

Yes. When creating a post, tap the date field to change it to when the photo was actually taken. This means your passport and travel stats reflect when you actually visited, not when you uploaded.

Tap the three-dot menu (···) on any post, comment, or profile and select "Report". Choose the reason and submit. We review all reports and respond within 24 hours for serious safety matters. For urgent issues email [email protected].

Yes, Voyeza is completely free to download and use. We don't currently show ads. In the future we may introduce optional premium features, but the core app will remain free.

You must be 16 or older to use Voyeza. This is a legal requirement under the Australian Online Safety Amendment (Social Media Minimum Age) Act 2024. Accounts found to belong to users under 16 will be immediately terminated.

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers in Iowa, United States (us-central1 region). Google implements internationally recognised security standards. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
